When Field Officer King Ndimande arrived, he untied the lifeless little body and immediately started resuscitation. We do not know how long he had been in this state, but we do know that it was truly a miracle that he survived. What a fighter, and what a character he has turned out to be! We could not have been happier when this special family chose to adopt him. and named him after his hero, Kingston. No animal deserves to have experienced the trauma he did.
Hung with a rope to cowering in a corner so petrified of any touch to surviving a dangerously low immune system to finally becoming a bouncing and playful puppy who loves affection – this is what our Kloof and Highway SPCA is all about. Fighting and preventing all animal cruelty and ensuring we are here for all those defenseless and innocent souls.
