- The Community is for active Highway Heroes members and is administered by Kloof & Highway SPCA.
- Official updates are shared in Highway Heroes | Official Updates.
- Replies must remain respectful, relevant and appropriate for an animal-welfare community.
- Do not share confidential cruelty-case details, complainant information, private addresses, personal data or identifying information about children.
- Do not copy, screenshot or forward sensitive behind-the-scenes content where the SPCA marks it as restricted. The SPCA cannot guarantee that recipients will not otherwise screenshot or forward messages.
- Do not use the Community to report cruelty or an emergency; use the SPCA's published emergency and inspectorate contact routes.
- No spam, unrelated promotion, harassment, abuse or unlawful content is permitted.
- Administrators may remove content or access for misuse or inappropriate conduct.
- Membership normally remains available while a qualifying recurring donation continues successfully and WhatsApp consent remains active.
- Leaving WhatsApp does not cancel the recurring donation; cancellation must be requested separately.
Replies may occur even when the Community is primarily administrator-led.
