RASA 2026 Ride with Sarah

The Kloof & Highway SPCA is proud to support our incredible Operations Manager, Sarah Van Heerden, as she takes on the Ride Across South Africa, a grueling, unsupported 2000km cycle race from Richmond in KwaZulu‑Natal to Wellington in the Western Cape. This is one of the toughest endurance challenges in the country… and Sarah is doing it for the dogs who are too often ignored – the brown dogs!

Sponsor a Kennel: Christmas Edition

Sponsor a Kennel: Christmas Edition

This festive season, give the gift of warmth, comfort, and hope to animals in need.

Let us make this Christmas magical for the animals that need us most! Sponsor a kennel at the Kloof and Highway SPCA. Your contribution will help provide a safe haven for animals who are lost, stray, sick, or under investigation — giving them the love and care they deserve while they wait for their forever homes.

💝 Two Ways to Give:

  • Sponsor a Kennel for December– R200
  • Sponsor a Kennel for a Whole Year– R2000

Each sponsorship helps cover: ✨ Safe shelter for vulnerable animals
🍽️ Nutritious meals
🛏️ Soft beds and cosy blankets
🌡️ Heating lamps in every dog and cat kennel
🔥 Underfloor heating in our puppy kennels
🎾 Toys and scratch posts for enrichment
🧼 Cleaning products and parasite control
💊 Medication and veterinary care
👩‍⚕️ Dedicated staff for cleaning, feeding, and walking

And here’s the best part — you can sponsor a kennel as a gift for someone special.
They’ll receive a personalised bauble for our Christmas Tree and a thank-you letter that reads:

“Hello [Recipient’s Name], As a gift to you, [Your Name] has sponsored a kennel at the Kloof & Highway SPCA in your honour. This sponsorship carries the spirit of Christmas for anyone with a heart for animals.”

🎁 A Thoughtful Gift That Makes a Difference
By sponsoring just one kennel, you’re helping many animals — because each kennel is used by multiple pets during their stay. Your support ensures they live enriched, happy lives while in our care.
